Mattias Pihlström, CEO
Mattias is co-founder and CEO of the company. Mattias is responsible for the company strategy, marketing, sales and overall daily operations. Mattias has been working as a manager and consultant within e-commerce since 1999 with everything from strategy to technical architecture. He founded ClearCloud AB in 2001 which merged with Wipcore in 2007 which in 2009 resulted in Brightstep when Wipcore divided the company in two. Mattias has earlier worked within Ericsson and Connecta/Adcore.

Karl Moberg, Vice president
Karl is a co-founder and vice president. Karl is backing up Mattias in all different areas and have a strong focus on sales. Karl is very experienced in e-commerce and has worked with that since 1996. He has a background in Management Consulting with PriceWaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting and Connecta where he was responsible for their e-commerce group. He founded ClearCloud AB in 2001 which merged with Wipcore in 2007 which in 2009 resulted in Brightstep when Wipcore divided the company in two. Karl holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Organisation and Management from the Royal Institute of Technology.

Petra Cederström, Consultant manager
Petra Cederström is Consultant manager for region Stockholm. Petra is educated in behavioral sciences in Stockholm University and has a professional background in personnel management, recruitment and headhunting.

Björn Schröder, Process manager business development
Björn is responsible for the method and offerings in the area of business development. Björn has worked with e-commerce since 1990. He has a background as founder of EDI-Gruppen, CEO of Frontec Affärsystem , Connecta Affärssystem and the internet operator Internet 5. In the beginning of 2000 Björn worked as Investment Manager on Catella with companies within the Telecom-, Internet-, Media- and IT sector. Björn has worked with internet and e-commerce for a number of large organizations. Before joining Brightstep Björn worked as responsible for business development and the Stockholm office for Incordia. Björn has a Master of Science Degree in electronics and IT from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
