  • ELKJØP
    Elkjøp is the largest retailer for white goods and brown goods in the Nordic countries and Central Europe with a turnover in 2008/2009 of 18,3 billion NOK. Current sales channels are physical stores, franchised stores, telesales and highly successful e-commerce. Brightstep was invited to review the current eCommerce platform and make recommendations for the future. Based on a number of key business objectives, our recommendations were upgrade the e-commerce platform and reduce complexity in the process. Brightstep was also selected to perform the upgrade in close collaboration with Elkjøp, a project that will complete early in 2010. Brightstep has also assumed the application management and support responsibilities for the current platform with e-commerce in five countries under seven brands.
  • STADIUM

    Stadium is the market leader in sports with over 100 stores on the Swedish market with high ambitions towards an internationalization. Together with Brightstep a state of the art e-commerce solution was implemented that included multichannel for store integration and multisite for different countries. Brightstep have since the go live in 2006 maintained and developed the solution.

    The solution is powered by Intershop Enfinity.

  • LINDEX
    Brightstep assisted Lindex with the development of their online shop in the spring of 2007. The shop is powered by Wipcore eNOVA. Apart from normal platform functionality, Brightstep extended the back office module with photo orders and publishing forms among other things. The shop was also furnished with a blog feature, which allowed different blogs to be associated with unique products.

  • CLAS OHLSON
    Brightstep built the Clas Ohlson e-commerce solution in 2006 and have since then maintained and developed it. The solution is available in Sweden, Norway, Finland and UK. Brightstep have also built an in store KIOSK user interface based on the platform.

    Clasohlson.se is powered by Wipcore eNOVA e-commerce platform.

  • POLARN O PYRET

    Polarn O.Pyret sells functional and high-quality clothing for babies and children. They have approximately 100 stores across Sweden and Europe. Brightstep has built a complete e-commerce site optimized for inspiration and sales. We made sure that the solution kept its focus on conversion rate and product information and that best practices were applied throughout the solution

    The implementation is based on Wipcore eNova for e-commerce functionalities and EPiServer for web content

  • EEL
    EEL is short for Elon Elkedjan Logistic and as the name implies, they are the logistics company behind Elon and Elkedjan. Lately Elspar and Hemexperten have joined up as well.

    EEL chose to go with eNOVA since it was easy to integrate with and well equipped for commencing e commerce with little efforts.

    Today e-commerce accounts for 61% of EEL’s turnover.
  • RÄDDA BARNEN
    Rädda Barnen (Save the Children Sweden) is a relief organization with operations in Sweden and 8 more regions worldwide who strives to improve the conditions for children and for the children’s rights to be respected. In 2005 the Swedish organization decided to initiate e-commerce in order to channel more funds to their relief organization.

    Rädda Barnen is partnered with Elanders for logistics and the fact that both organizations use the eNOVA e-commerce platform has brought great synergy effects.

  • KICKS
    Brightstep and KICKS completed the 10 week Discovery phase during Q4 of 2008. The phase included e-commerce strategy issues and a feasability study. The goal was to determine the e-commerce readiness and creating a business case for e-commerce with a multi channel focus. The Discovery phase resulted in a foundation for business decisions for how to proceed with implementation.
  • NIKON
    Nikon is a world-leading camera manufacturer with a USD 9 billion yearly turnover. Sweden is presently serving as pilot market for an e-commerce venture featuring the entire Nikon assortment, while Nikonstore.se has been online since 2006. All along Nikon have taken great care not to compete with their retailers, which is why Nikonstore always have kept to the recommended prices, while retailers normally go below.

    Nikonstore is powered by the eNOVA e-commerce platform.

  • VOLVO LASTVAGNAR
    Volvo Lastvagnar contacted us in 2003 to get help setting up an e commerce solution for third-party spare parts. The initiative was prompted by the Block Exemption Regulation EU act (1400/2002/EG). In relation with this act they felt it was important to offer their retailers an exhaustive spare part assortment. Sometimes as an alternative to original spare parts, but more often as a complement, since Volvo original spare parts don’t cover all aspects of a carrier firm’s needs.

    Truckshop is available on 18 markets today with a turnover of close to SEK 1 billion.
  • LRF MEDIA

    LRF Media is one of Sweden's largest publishing companies with more than 30 magazines and newspapers.

    The company chosed the eNova ecommerce platform from Wipcore to handle multichannel sales of subscriptions, related media products and merchandise. Brightstep has been LRF Medias e-commerce partner from the early prestuides, through implementation until the present optimization and maintenance phase.
